Managing Director
Huan Wang is a founding partner of Pacific Gate Partners and Managing Director in China, where he is well connected to all major strategic and financial investors. Before founding Pacific Gate Partners, he worked for Agave Partners from 2014 to 2018 as Managing Director responsible for cross board transactions (M&A and private placement) between US/Europe and China. At Agave Partners, Huan Wang managed over $1B transactions for US and European companies in China. Bob has over 20 years experience in investment banking, investment advisory and corporate finance working in US, Europe, and Asia. Over his career, Bob has successfully completed complex cross-border transactions for both emerging and well established technology companies including joint venture, strategic capital raises and M&A. Vice President
Neo Sun is Vice President at Pacific Gate Partners based in Beijing. He joined the company in May 2018 and has mainly worked on high-tech cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Pacific Gate, he was a Senior Investment Manager in Horwath Capital China, where he led cross-border deals in Sports and TMT industries. He was also a Co-founder of Horwath’s internal incubation project – Capital Circle Alliance. Neo completed his master degree in MSc Investment Analysis at the University of Stirling.

Umair Khalid is Vice President at Pacific Gate Partners based in Chicago. Mr. Khalid has over ten years of experience in technology, private equity, and investment banking in the US, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
